    Foods been nice in the past. However in the last few visits I have asked how long the wait was untill the sausage rolls or bean and cheese melts were ready and got told - mins. Upon waiting for almost mins and going back to ask how much longer, I got told another - mins.Had to leave, but not before wasting almost mins stood around. Would have just left if they had said It would have been over mins..

    Absolutely shocking service in Guiseley store. Literally stood there ages, nobody acknowledged me.One person behind counter just messing around, two others at front chatting away not a care in the world about customers.Needless to say I walked out and didn’t bother.

    Disabled parking space right outside the door !! Quick in and out. Ramp for wheelchair . Takeaway but dine in was available just outside main door . Great serviceWheelchair accessibility: Ramp access on pavement outside shop . Door wide enough for wheelchair and entrance flat and level . Must take care inside the shop as there are display shelves and space can be tight .

    What a cheerful delight of place this is. Came in first thing this morning was ignored for the first few minutes then received a grunt from the person serving. Politely asked for a bacon and sausage baguette, received a bacon and sausage roll instead (didn’t bother correcting the order as am effort of debating bread is not the hill I want to lose battle on today) and had it slammed down in-front of me with “that it” thrown in and then an abrupt price followed by immediately turned their back while I was paying and walking off. I worked in retail and hospitality for years and so I am purposely polite to anyone working any place of service is getting shocking everywhere. At least I know I made an effort and said good morning and thank you which is more than can be said for them. In hindsight I have never someone make a sandwich so quick they had that skill down to a fine art
